Based in Shanghai, we design products that pet owners want.

Q: Where are your products made?
Currently we manufacture in China and take great care to choose a partner who shares our values. That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place an order?
Yes, all customers will have a dedicated customer service after placing an order. If you have not been contacted within 24 hours, please contact us.


Q: Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q: Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL encrypted to protect your data!


Q: If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?
We do not sell our customer information. Emails are only used to follow up and send our newsletter of promotions and coupons for discounts.
