Shipping policy
All orders will be dispatched within 5-20 business days of receipt, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Orders placed between 4pm and 5pm on Friday will be processed by the following Monday. We use global shipping containers for bulk shipments, and FedEx or International Express for small samples to deliver our orders. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping charges for orders you place depend on your product weight and your location. If a shipment is backordered, we will ship a portion of your order.
